    unfortunately losing localized fat is a myth. The only way to lose belly fat is to do cardio; go out and run for 40 minutes, go sit on your bike and do a half hour exercise. Getting your abs strong will not work, as there will still be fat on top of it.

    If you want to get in shape, combine both!
