what are some good yoga poses for your chest?

I like to exercise but i really like yoga more because it relives tension and its is way more relaxing than strenuous and repetitive exercising.

Yoga is mostly a "core" program. Anything that works balance and posture is working your core as the primary muscle group. Secondary can include chest, arms, legs, etc. Yoga poses work well because it works micro-muscles in addition to big muscles. The results are superior to weight training alone.

Here are some position for chest, but again, they work the chest as a secondary muscle group.

Bow Pose – Dhanurasana
Bridge Pose – Setu Bandha Sarvangasana
Camel Pose – Ustrasana
Cat – Cow Stretch
Cobra Pose – Bhujangasana
Extended Side Angle Pose – Utthita Parsvakonasana
Fish Pose – Matsyasana
Half Moon Pose – Ardha Chandrasana
King Dancer Pose – Natarajasana
Locust Pose – Shalabasana
One-Legged King Pigeon Pose – Eka Pada Rajakapotasana
Reverse Warrior Pose
Side Plank Pose – Vasisthasana
Triangle Pose – Utthita Trikonasana
Upward Facing Dog – Urdhva Muhka Svanasana
