This was an event in support of the Fight Against Breast Cancer….about 1,000 yogis practicing in front of the Philly Art Museum.It was incredibly unifying, healing and empowering. Rocky would have been proud!
We just landed back yesterday from a weekend of the Evolve Music and Yoga Festival in Vernon, NJ, which is near the tri-state border of NY, NJ and PA. Restorative Yoga Poses

Two great restorative poses, and some ideas what you can do with your blocks! . A variation of supported baddha konasana and a variation of vipariti karani.

I like doing them towards the end of class, but certainly the first pose, supported bound angle pose can also be done at the beginning of class. Even do them by themselves to give yourself a treat.
