Beginning Goddess Yoga Asanas, Taos, New Mexico, Rio Grande Gorge

Yoga = Union;
Asanas = Pose, posture, or position.
These are Yoga Asanas done in a not-so-serious way. But the scenery is beautiful. I did this mostly to inform older people and somewhat overweight people that they can do this also. Just be sure to consult with your physician first.
This helps one’s joints, brain, heart, lungs and many other organs in the body. See the studies.

My hands and feet often feel numb when I am exercising. Why?

When I am running for a bit my feet will start to feel numb. I thought it might be my shoes but I have changed shoes a few months ago and this still occurs. I also take yoga classes twice a week and sometimes my hands and feet will begin to tingle when I am trying to hold a pose. Could this just be caused by poor circulation? My hands and feet are always frozen.
There have been a few times when I feel like a painful cramp in my foot and my toes curl in and lock. I have to pry them open with my hand and then the pain is released. It is strange and creeps me out.
Do you know what causes this?
I am a 25 yr old female. 5’3, 140lbs. My blood pressure is slightly high I have to check it regularily but do not take medication.

It might be an excessive build up of a certain acid found in your muscles. the numbing could be caused by lack of oxygen. im sure there are certain creams or braces that can stop this
